Jenny Ngu, a finance graduate with cum laude honors from the University of North Texas, brings over two decades of financial acumen and entrepreneurial vision to her ventures. From co-founding an energy-saving company in Taiwan to establishing Baysworth Sdn Bhd in property management and Borneo Visa (MM2H) Sabah post-pandemic, she exemplifies adaptability and leadership. As Protem President of SABAH-MM2H Association and Chairperson of Miss International Malaysia and Hong Kong, she demonstrates a commitment to cultural exchange and community service, evidenced by her involvement in initiatives like Meraki Daat for clean water and Pink Ribbon Kota Kinabalu. Jenny’s achievements have earned her recognition, including the "Woman in Real Estate" award (2024) and a spot in Britishpedia’s list of successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia and Singapore.

Wesley Teo, a Computer Science major specializing in Artificial Intelligence at King's College London. A prodigious talent, Wesley has represented Wales in the UK National Space NASA Competition, and won first runner-up in the UK NASA Competition, showcasing his diverse skills and commitment to excellence. During the pandemic, he founded Imbas Digital Sdn Bhd, creating a COVID-19 tracking app that addressed public health needs before MySejahtera’s adoption. His innovative ventures and commitment to leveraging technology for societal benefit highlight his potential to make impactful contributions to business and technology.

Ivy Goh is an experienced professional with over ten years of expertise in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, contributing to its operations and growth. Her extensive knowledge of the application process, coupled with her ability to ensure compliance with program criteria and liaise with government entities, provides applicants with a seamless experience. Adaptable and resourceful, Ivy navigates policy changes and evolving regulations while offering comprehensive guidance to applicants, fostering program efficiency. She has successfully assisted nationals from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Macau, and many other countries. She has witnessed the program’s transformative impact on individuals and families, enhancing their residency experience in Malaysia. Multilingual in Mandarin, English, Malay, Cantonese, and Hakka, Ivy is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective support to her clients.
BRENDA TING

Brenda Ting is a skilled professional with a diverse background in technology, data analysis, and management, coupled with a strong focus on client service and operational efficiency. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management, majoring in Information Management and Information Systems at Tsinghua University, she has gained significant experience in project management and leadership. As a core member of the AMSIB Challenge, Brenda led strategic analysis and financial planning for digital transformation initiatives. Her leadership roles as Treasurer for the Tsinghua University Malaysian Student Association and President of the Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School Chinese Debate Society have further honed her ability to manage operations, organize events, and collaborate with diverse teams. Brenda is proficient in C++, Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Office, with experience in AI development, data analysis, and front-end web development.
LUCY BINTI IGNATIUS

Lucy oversees all financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and compliant financial management. She manages payroll, employee records, and HR documentation, ensuring alignment with current regulations and company policies. In addition to handling office administration duties like procurement, asset management, and general operations, Lucy also assists with employee onboarding, managing benefits, and ensuring a positive HR experience for all staff members. By multitasking across accounting, administration, and human resource management, she ensures seamless coordination between these departments, promoting operational efficiency.
