Yes, participants can purchase:
- New condo in Sabah with a minimum value of RM600,000.
- Landed property in Sabah with a minimum value of RM1,000,000.
The property cannot be sold for 10 years but may be sold after 5 years if a new property of equivalent or higher value is purchased.
Yes, all applicants and their dependents must undergo a medical check-up and obtain medical insurance coverage in Malaysia.
Participants cannot take up employment. However, they can engage in business activities that create job opportunities for local Sabahans.
Yes, the main applicant must stay in Sabah for at least 30 cumulative days per year.
